Summary
The children's television show Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, a spinoff of Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, features a sentient Trolley. This recording is a conversation where we start with the premise that Trolley is a TARDIS—a time ship from Doctor Who canon—and then figure out together how that would work and what it would mean.
It ends up working bizarrely well, and possibly saving the world?
