Clark is quite surprised to also find a network of naturally lead lined caves that are currently being used by a fairy vampire man as well as several warriors called Witchers, an Elven archer with a human boyfriend, and a couple of very powerful sorceresses that all call him Geralt, so what exactly is going on here?

Summary
Adelaide was sent to boarding school by her mother, for unknown reasons. She has always had trouble fitting in in her real world, and is awkward and self conscious. The school is old, far away from anything and everything, and has mysterious writing in a language that is unknown everywhere. She goes on a walk around the grounds with her new roommate, friendly but who disappears at strange times, Lottie. During this walk she goes to a tree, and finds a delirious and half unconscious boy named Fen, with large onyx eyes. His features are un human, tall cheekbones, bony and cold hands, pointed ears. Over the story, they fall in love and they uncover the secrets of his future kingdom and the boarding school, as well as how they intertwine. It involves elegant ballgowns, fae, boarding schools, enemies to lovers with plenty of holding to knifepoint.
This story takes place in the 1930’s, and is the story of the future monarchs of a Faerie kingdom that is allied with Elfhame.

Summary
A kelpie, a black dog, and an ex-horse god wind up in the same boat. It sounds like the set-up to a bad joke. It's no laughing matter for the hungry, cranky fae that haven't hunted since before getting thrown into an iron prison.
It's definitely no joke for the desperate thief they run into, or the zealous high priest that believes his gods have finally returned to usher in a new age of chaos and bloodshed.
