- Part 1 of Losing You, Finding You
“Okay.” He took a deep breath and exhaled. He then looked at Phichit, “I was a figure skater for Japan but I retired about 18 years ago and currently, I work as a coach and choreographer with my partner. I skated under the name Katsuki Yuuri. I am, as of now in my mind at least, 47 years old.”
Phichit stared blankly at Yuuri. His twenty-year-old (soon to be twenty-one-year-old) son had just mentioned 'retirement' and 'years ago' in one sentence. He even added 47 somewhere in there.
“Err... I did tell you I have no explanation for this.”
“Do you need water, Phichit?”
“No. I'll choke.”
“My poor beautiful smol son...” And then, Phichit wailed.
After an accident at the Free Skating warm-ups in Skate Canada for Season 2014 - 2015, Yuuri Katsuki changed. Everyone is in for a ride and Phichit is only eager to stoke the fire.
This is my first time writing a fanfiction. Please be kind to me! This is all just for fun while waiting for updates from the original anime series. Don't take this seriously.
It's the archeological find of the century and Viktor still can't quite believe he's a part of it. Viktor's leg bounces the entire plane ride there as the undergrads and masters candidates he's shepherding to the site tease him for his excitement.
"You're such a nerd, Vitya!" Mila giggles, poking his cheek, and Viktor just smiles, playfully shoving her back into her seat.
He can't wait to get his hands on the stones; to see with his own eyes how it all ties together. To plunge headfirst and get lost in his work trying to decode a new and long-dead language to unlock the secrets of the past.
Little does he know just how far he'll go.
Yuuri dies in a tragic accident -- and wakes two years in the past. He can't go back home.
He has to decide whether he wants to live it all over again: Sochi, the Grand Prix Final, Viktor...
Viktor, who doesn't know him.
