Summary
Day 1: Mythology
Shiva is the Glacian, one of the six astrals sworn to protect Eos. Noctis is the name Shiva took on almost several centuries ago. Noctis is also still very put up with the rest of Eos and all of this prophecy business when all he wants to do is play around, but still gets drawn in anyhow because he can't stand blood prices and is maybe too fond of the Accursed for what an astral really should be.
Or; Noctis is the Glacian, Luna is the king of light, and Gentiana is the oracle. Or Noctis just wants to save his beloveds and accidentally stop centuries worth of Bahamut's planning in the process.

Day 2: Protectiveness
It was the political debate of the century.
Niflheim had offered terms of peace, their resources spent. A metal army was only good until the tools for making them ran out, and with a land as drained as the frigidness of the empire, no one was surprised.
The terms of peace were simple. Niflheim would still keep its annexation of Tenebrae and Galad, but Insomnia and its outlying lands would be left alone. If nothing else, it would serve to buy the breather Lucis desperately needed.
If only it wasn’t for the second part of the term.
Marriage. The marriage of heir apparent, Noctis Lucis Caelum to Niflheim’s chancellor, Ardyn Izunia.

Day 3: Age difference
“‘M not a fox, either.”
“Sure you are,” The man drawled with a lazy tilt of his mouth, his dark eyes steady as a candle. “If the fox companion in the shadows is any guess.”
Noctis looked over his shoulder pointedly, but there was no sign of such fox companion. Besides, that would be a bit creepy. He had purposely come into the abandoned corridor of the Citadel’s prison with the intent of becoming lost and forgotten. Or, until his dad noticed (or cared) that he was gone. Wasn’t like his personal guards were going to miss him, they were busy talking to Ms. Lucerna down in the kitchens because she was p-r-e-t-t-y.
So he had time to kill, and a stranger left to waste away.

Summary
Ardyn and him slept in separate rooms. According to their parents anyhow.
They were separated when they weres seven, when it was no longer appropriate to have two children squander in a room for one when there was room for their own. Noctis remembered that he hadn’t made too much of a fuss about it, thinking that maybe he could actually sleep in his own bed for once. Ardyn, though…he had pulled such a fit over separating from his twin that it was only their father’s threat of boarding school far out in the countryside that eventually calmed him down.
That very first night, Ardyn had crept into his room well after their parents had gone to bed and nudging him from his doze. Without a word, his brother had climbed into bed, slid his hands right up his shirt to feel his side, and fell asleep curled up like that.
He left before their parents awoke them for the day, and for every night since then it’s been the same.

Day 6: Oracle!Noct & King!Ardyn AU
Crown Prince Ardyn Lucis Caelum meets Oracle Noctis Sanctus at a cerebration of their beloved patron goddess. It wasn’t love at first sight, or second, or even third. But it was a tale of beginnings all the same, a tale of love and lost in equal measure.
