This story re-imagines the plot outlines of Dragon Age: Inquisition with characters from Avatar: the Last Airbender. It is the story of the unlikely and somewhat volatile romance that sparks between Sokka and Zuko as they work together with the rest of the Inquisition to help Inquisitor Aang stop Ozai, Black Divine and head of the Venatori, from tearing Thedas apart.
Note: This story was written to be accessible to fans of Avatar who have never played any Dragon Age games. The only Dragon Age character included in this story is Corypheus. All other characters are reinterpretations of figures from the Avatar universe or original creations.

In the end, the mantle of Hero wasn't given to the noblest, or the bravest, or even the most strongest; it was just whichever poor sod happened to be holding the duct tape when the world started crumbling apart. It was just a matter of luck, and circumstance, and being the one an idiot with a computer pointed at and said, "Fuck him up."
Yoo Jonghyuk hadn't wanted to be a Warden, hadn't wanted to be a Hero, but here he was, and here he shall stay.
Here he shall stay, because the world needs a Hero and he's the only one who'll be alive to do it.
Somehow, they save the world.
