Then Fingon the valiant, son of Fingolfin, resolved to heal the feud that divided the Noldor, before their Enemy should be ready for war; for the earth trembled in the Northlands with the thunder of the forges of Morgoth underground. Long before, in the bliss of Valinor, before Melkor was unchained, or lies came between them, Fingon had been close in friendship with Maedhros; and though he knew not yet that Maedhros had not forgotten him at the burning of the ships, the thought of their ancient friendship stung his heart. Therefore he dared a deed which is justly renowned among the feats of the princes of the Noldor: alone, and without the counsel of any, he set forth in search of Maedhros; and aided by the very darkness that Morgoth had made he came unseen into the fastness of his foes.

Maglor’s wife, Alma, was aware of her husband’s deeds after her death at the Battle of Unnumbered Tears. She knows that she will face the consequences of his actions, but she will not desert him. Not now.
However, Alma will soon come to realise that, when it comes to the Sons of Fëanor, forgiving and forgetting are entirely different things, and that she has a more important role to play now than ever before.

Following from his years of capture and torture in Angband until his death, Maedhros struggles with himself, his deeds, depression, PTSD, and suicide, as well as with the Oath of his father and of himself. But for all the darkness that surrounds him, they may yet be those who bring out the light.
Gay romance, gore and violence, sexual themes, lots and lots of blood, and of course, good old death. Canon compliant with J. R. R. Tolkien's The Silmarillion. A little project I've been working on.

“You told me you two were gonna get married once”, Maglor says, quietly breaking the silence. He lifts the yellow post-it from his desk and thumbs the paper like it might hold the answer to his many, many, problems, “You had the proposal planned out and everything.”
“Over a decade ago now, Kano. I don’t think I should still be held to the lovesick fantasies of a naive twenty-two-year-old, do you?”
He feels Maglors silver gaze burning into him and turns round, “What?”, he asks.
Maglor shrugs, sniffs, and flicks the post-it note away, Maedhros doesn’t bother to see where it lands.
“We should have never left that place” his brother says, right before the door slams shut behind him.Maedhros' fast and lavish lifestyle is turned upside-down one christmas night when an asshole named Mandos decides to teach him a lesson by throwing him into a life where he has three kids, owns a minivan and is married to Fingon. This ain't crack.

And then there is only anguish.

When Fingon comes to return Maedhros home, it becomes terribly apparent that the enemy intended to hopple the free people of one of their leaders in the best way they know how.

Summary
Fëanor dislikes his half-brothers. Immensely. This is a well known fact.
Presumably, his children followed his example, and their relations with their cousins are strained, at best (with the exception of Maedhros and Fingon, because even the Noldor cannot deny that they have a good friendship).
Here is a less known fact: The House of Fëanor may not like their half-relations at all, but they are still family, and the House of Fëanor takes family very seriously.
OR:
Five times the House of Fëanor defended the Houses of Fingolfin and Finarfin after rebirth, and one time the Houses of Fingolfin and Finarfin defended them back. -
