Summary
When Midoriya Izuku was 4 his quirk finally manifested. The doctor named it psychokinesis, but his friend Bakugou Katsuki called it worthless and weak. For the next 10 years, Izuku would grow up bullied and isolated, convinced his quirk was good for nothing, but still holding onto the distant dream of becoming a hero. Then, when a new student named Uraraka Ochako, who shares his same dream, transfers into his class the last year of jr high, everything changes.
Together they will work to become the world's greatest heroes. Fighting bullies, classmates, villains, and hormones all along the way. Always together. Deku and Uravity, the heroes of Green Tea Rescue.

Cassian knew from a young age that he’d have to take care of his younger siblings. He knew from a young age that his parents weren’t heroes and they weren’t villains, but they skirted around the shadows with morally gray attitudes that would eventually get them into trouble. Their quirks, while unique, were inherently dangerous, landing them in institutions after being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

He hasn't been seen in some years, so it's believed that he's retired or possibly already dead.He stands up, to Midoriya's surprise, who looks at something caustic and alarmed as the man who was trying to stop him from jumping, stood next to him on the edge. The high fall, enough to kill them both, but wasn't that what he wanted for himself?
"Please let's get away from the edge together, young Midoriya," Toshinori says as he offers a hand to the boy next to him"
But of course, all descends into chaos when Yagi Toshinori, All Might's secretary, returns from the United States with his boss, and the number one hero becomes a teacher at UA, good that Yagi has some experience with children beforehand!

With Aizawa still out of commission on the Monday after the USJ attack, the question is, who is going to teach Class 1-A. All might is out recuperating as well and the rest of the teachers are already stretched thin working on the security on top of their own classes.
The kids are shaken and on edge from the devastating events the week prior and need someone with a steady hand and a kind voice to get them back to a sense of normality.
It's a good thing that All Might's secretary offered to come in for the day just to keep an eye on them.

Aizawa's voice was quiet and deadly serious, and he let his gaze land on each council member in turn before he spoke. "Anything I wish? Anything at all."
Eyes narrowed at being interrupted, Endeavor gamely charged on with his speech, used to the other man's rudeness and lack of social graces. "Yes. Anything you want. Simply say the word and it is yours, irrevocably and permanently." The moment he got the affirmative,the underground hero flung out an arm, finger pointing squarely on the chained figure kneeling in the circle of defensive measures. His voice was hard and certain, brooking no room for a single misunderstanding as he clearly stated his desires.

Midoriya Inko gives birth to a daughter, not a son--Midoriya Izumi. She grows up loved, but just as Midoriya Izuku is treated badly for being quirkless, so too is Izumi.
This is a Might-have-been wish fulfillment AU in which Izumi is given a bit more support than in canon, Bakugo's attitude is treated with the caution it deserves, and we take a more direct look at the dysfunctions of the pro heroes world that canon implies.
Part of this story also covers the year that Toshinori spends training Izumi, and the ramifications of receiving personal attention from pro heroes prior to entering UA.
