“Because of it?” All Might repeats.
“You think someone’s trying to—?” Nemuri says, then covers her mouth with both hands. “Oh, God.”
“It is… not outside the realm of possibility,” Tsukauchi says, and again he directs that horribly sympathetic look in Shouta’s direction, “that Present Mic was taken by someone who intends to use his Quirk for their own purposes. Whether that involves the kind of work Doctor Garaki was doing remains to be seen, but… as of now, it can’t be ruled out.”
(Or: Yamada gets abducted, Aizawa maybe loses it a little bit, Yagi worries, and a few of the students take matters into their own hands.)

Yakuza meets Bikers Alternate Universe.
Aizawa is the Boss of a powerful Yakuza clan who at a young age adopted a set of misfits. Bakugo, Shoto, Sero, Jirou, and Uraraka became his children and part of his Clan. Too bad he failed to teach them decent manners. Like leave well enough alone.
Well that one he didn't press too hard, but when Sero brings home on Mina Ashido, a member of the Hellhound Biker Gang, he wished he had. Soon enough their lives become entangled with the Bikers. Even more soon when feelings start growing amongst the members.
Aizawa is going to need migraine medication by the time this mess is sorted out.
