Rhodes Island is a pharmaceutical company run by the Doctor, former Sarkaz king Theresa, and Dr. Kal’tsit, focused on the treatment, rehabilitation, and the rescue of the infected. They employ operators to pay for their treatments and to protect the livelihoods of the infected. Almost all of them are domestic disasters, and require at least (1) sane member to keep them from dying from malnutrition and caffeine overdose.
