Summary
The 14 years of peace established after years of bloodshed is heading towards collapse. HYDRA is moving in on Ironwood and Three Crowns territory and the police seem to be doing their best to turn a blind eye to the situation.
In this dangerous and critical time for peace in the city the young omega heir of the Ironwood Group, Tony Stark returns to the city after being hidden from danger for many years.
Around the same time childhood alpha and beta friends, Bucky and Steve are meeting again after 14 years of separation due to Bucky's 'family business' and the untimely death of Steve's mother Sarah.
The three of them meeting by accident and falling in love was not part of Hydra's plans. Hydra will do anything to keep the 3 Crowns for forming an alliance with the Ironwood Group, even if that means turning the blooming triad against one another.

And then he sets up a little video feed before said Sir is to travel to their base?

Steve’s pupils widen, his beta brain taking in the image of a clearly aroused omega taking care of their need. Slowly his brain caught up with exactly what it was seeing he opened his mouth to alert his mate but no sound escaped.
Realizing his mouth wasn’t working,he quickly slapped the brunet to his right repeatedly, trying to get his attention.
“For fucks sake punk,” The brunet complained taking off his headphones and half turning, “use your worr-omg!” Bucky’s train of thought got derailed when it focused on the video feed on Steve’s screen, “Oh daymn,” sitting up he move his chair in close to Steve huddling in on the laptop.

Because of the events that split the team apart, Natasha doesn’t realize right away that something went wrong in Lagos and it wasn’t civilians dying.
Not a chunk of Crossbones’ body is ever found. Given the type of the explosives he used and the size of the explosion, he should’ve been torn to shreds. Tony assures her that even if he evaporated, there’d be something left behind—if not of his body, then at least the metal parts of his armor. Meanwhile, a thorough forensic examination of the area reveals absolutely no trace of him. It’s crazy to even consider, but it’s possible that somehow, Crossbones survived.
Lightyears away, Crossbones wakes up in Avengers Tower. He screams.

Rumlow feels great, is safe, has sexual access to a gorgeous guy without having put in any of the romancing work... Things are looking up. (For Brock Rumlow. Things are looking up for him. For Sam Wilson, things look increasingly grim.)
