Summary
That scene in Skybound where Nya dies in Jay’s arms and he has to make his last wish and stuff is, in general, pretty sad, but what if it was a session of D&D? Campaign 6. The one that the players despised. Here’s the last part of that, in Dungeons & Dragons form.
OR:
Another entry from me in the Dungeons & Elements series, a series where I rewrite Ninjago scenes as sessions of D&D in a long-running, overarching, 16 mini-campaign-long campaign.

Summary
This is an AU where Barriss never bombs the Jedi temple so Ahsoka never leaves the order. This takes place just after the "The Lost One" episode in season 6 (where Anakin an Obi-wan investigate the death of Sifo-Dias). Things have gone basically the same way as they normally do in the intervening arcs, although Anakin was probably a bit less angry/unstable because the whole "Jedi council abandoning Ahsoka and her leaving him" thing didn't happen.
[SPOILERS]
As the tags say, this is a Fix-It. You might notice some similarities in certain places to things that happened or were discussed in my other Fix-It clone wars fanfic "A New Path," if you read that. They both involve the problem of the inhibitor chips and how to deal with them, though in somewhat different circumstances.

Summary
He ran his hands over his face as he followed the noise into the hallway. As he moved through his house, he located the noise coming from the front door. He flipped the porch light and peered through the peephole. Nervously and with bated breath, he opened the door.
Maddie Buckley, Buck’s sister and his newfound confidant, was rapping on the door in a frenzy. She looked small in her exhaustion; her hair pulled into a messy ponytail and she was clad in an oversized LAFD hoodie and yoga pants. Behind her stood an equally tired-looking Chimney, who was delicately cradling a sleeping Jee-Yun in his arms.
“Buck’s awake,” she said breathlessly.
Or
A follow-up/sequel to "Of Sound Mind (And Memory)", which takes 5-days after Buck was struck by lightning and while waiting to see Buck, Eddie and Maddie continue to get to know one another and origin of Eddie's feelings for Buck.

Summary
Remember that one Ninjago season where Jay and Nya go through horrific trauma to stop Nadakhan, the king of the Djinns? In this short fic, the first 3-5 minutes of The Way Back are rewritten as a few idiots playing D&D at an after-school club.
This fic is a prequel to another, longer fic I wrote, The Making of Campaign 12, which is focused on Prime Empire!

Summary
“Sparks, Eddie,” Buck whispered. “There are sparks between us.”
Eddie blinked, nonplussed. “Sparks?” he echoed.
“Sparks!” Buck cried. “Did no one ever teach you what that means? Do I really need to spell it out?”Post-lightning strike, every time Buck touches Eddie, sparks fly.

It’s not bravery, because they’re alone and because he’s drunker than he’s been in probably his whole life. It’s not bravery, but god, it’s a relief. To touch Hawkeye without second guessing himself, to come so close to holding him. The last thought BJ has before he falls asleep is please, don’t let me forget this.

“Bonnie,” he said, “I’ll take it.” There he sat, on the countertop of what was now their loft, smirking. He was nearly fucking irresistible, and House was done resisting.

Summary
"Because you're dead." Death said standing. "Okay, this place, this is the In-Between. Or as you mortals like to call it, Purgatory, or Limbo, the In-Between is like..." Death paused. "What that thing you call when you land from one airport to another to another location? What do you call that...oh right! A layover. The In-Between is like a layover for souls, a place where they wait before moving on to their final destination," Death explained.
Buck's mind was racing, trying to comprehend the situation he found himself in. "So, what happens next?" he asked nervously.
Death smiled, "Well next we determine the fate of your soul," Death replied.
"The fate of my soul?" Buck narrowed his eyes with confusion. "Like the Scales of Justice? In Egyptian Mythology?" Buck asked.
Death smiled. "It's kind of like that, yes. Just a little different. Are you done with your tea? It's time to move on to the next step." Buck took one last sip of his tea, feeling a strange mixture of anticipation and fear. As he placed the cup back on the saucer, Death motioned for Buck to follow her. "It's right through the backyard."

Summary
The first thing Buck noticed when he walked through the door was the smell of plaster and wet paint. There was a white spot on the wall in the living room, primered but without any color yet, about the size of a man’s fist.
Eddie looked sheepish. His knuckles were still bruised, scabbed over but healing.
“You were in a coma,” was all he said.
“Yeah,” Buck agreed. He knew the feeling.

Summary
In the grand scheme of things, how they felt about each other the day they met isn't all that important. The friendship that quickly blossomed, the trust that was gradually built, that mattered more. The undeniable love - what kind would always be up to debate - that grew from the moment the grenade exploded to the very second when the lightning struck them both, that’s what mattered.
They don’t start dating until Eddie gets shot and Buck saves his life. Feelings were already there, long before they even stepped foot onto that street. There’s something about almost losing a loved one that puts everything into perspective. It makes him think about priorities and reminds him that he could lose someone he loves without the privilege of loving them first.
How ironic, considering where they are now.
