They had lost everything, everyone, and far as they were concerned, their only reason to live was found at the bottom of a glass bottle. Or at least, that's what they thought. As the two journey together, they must learn to overcome the demons of their past, confront the fears that have plagued them their whole lives, and in each other, find a new reason to live.

Summary
Claudia Flynn knew that the world would end, but she did not expect it to be so soon, nor did she expect to help rebuild it two hundred years later. She certainly did not expect a mercenary to be her biggest supporter.
Robert MacCready never expected to meet his saving grace in a bar in Goodneighbor, or for it to be his employer. He certainly did not expect to be one of the biggest reasons behind the Commonwealth changing for the better.This is my first ever work, I hope you enjoy it! Constructive Criticism is welcome.

Summary
The Prydwen never comes to the Commonwealth. The three remaining survivors of the Cambridge Police Station are forced to relocate and take refuge elsewhere. While Nora, Sole Survivor of Vault 111, poses as a maternal figure to them and every lost soul in the Commonwealth, nothing seems to heal the gaping void in her life that once held her precious family stolen by the Institute.

Summary
Our sole survivor isn’t human, but sometimes she forgets that. Horrified by the state of the world she finds herself in, Nora sets out to get her son back and teach the wasteland some manners. She’ll slaughter or charm her way into the Institute, whatever it takes.
Paladin Danse thinks that if only the civilian who keeps blasting her way through Cambridge would join up, he wouldn’t have to worry about her so much. But when he finally does convince her to join the Brotherhood, he finds his worrying has barely begun.
A story playing off some of the more fantasy aspects of Fallout, because there’s no way high level Nora is human.

Valentine & Vimes: Un/Affected by Aleaiactaest, Slyjinks

Summary
Navigating what synths are and are not affected by in Ankh-Morpork can be a tricky matter at best. Magic in the Disc seems to share some superficial similarities with radiation. According to their narrative, synths are immune to radiation, and magic often bends to narrative… but nothing’s guaranteed.
As it turns out, sometimes a person can be simultaneously affected and not-affected by a thing, as Nick Valentine finds out when he risks entering an intense patch in a magical storm in order to save a child, and ends up quite literally beside himself as a result.
(There are a few sexually explicit sections, but these have been placed in their own chapters and will be warned for.)

Summary
Lillian Parker had the nightmare again. The sirens blaring. Running up the hill to the vault. People shouting and crying. The enormous nuclear blast. Her husband shouting. A gunshot and blood. Her baby crying then fading away. And she couldn't do a thing about it.
She rolled over to reach for Nate for comfort, but there was no one. She opened her eyes and saw the worn walls and the makeshift curtains over the windows. The bedding smelled musty and the air was bitter. It wasn't a nightmare after all. Her husband really was dead and her baby really had been taken away.
---
Follow Lillian on her journey to find her missing son, and as she meets new friends, lovers, and a whole lot of enemies along the way.

Okay, you guys seem to like my Girl-in-Thedas stories-- so why not a Girl-in-Commonwealth story?
A Girl who plays Fallout 4 creates a new character and goes to bed one night, waking up in her characters body the next morning. In the Commonwealth. Where everyone wants a piece of you and the world itself is deadly.
So for everyone who likes my modern girl stories, here's one for you with a John Hancock romance at some point. He's the only romance I even consider in that game.

Summary
This is a story of found family, epic road trips, and the reluctant return of the Nuka Cadet.
With the fall of the Institute behind them, Mac was hoping to live his new dream: a quiet, peaceful life in Sanctuary with his girl, Nora Cabot. Minutemen General, lawful good sweetheart and, to her eternal chagrin, the original Nuka Cadet.
All he wanted was a home with their boys, their friends around them... maybe even start thinking about planning a wedding. Once he returns from the Capital Wasteland with Duncan, of course.
He's hardly gone a minute when the news that Gunners have occupied Nuka World reaches Nora and, well, things get complicated.
Note: You don't *have* to read the first part of the series, probably, but it would certainly help. ❤️

“Alright. My price is two hundred and fifty caps. Up front. No room for bargaining.”
She tilted her head, “You don’t even know what the job is yet.”
Mac sat back in his chair, “You a slaver?”
“Nope.”
“Child murderer?”
“Nuh uh.”
“Cannibal?”
“No siree bob.”
“Then I don’t really give a— I don’t really care. Just don’t put a bullet in my back and you’ve got yourself a deal.”
Miriam Braxster. That's what it said on her driver's license. That's how conductors introduced her. It's a name she'd hoped one day would be printed on a brass plaque on a door in some prestigious conservatory. And it's what it said on the very top of sheet music the world didn't even get to listen to before it destroyed itself.
Mac's pretty sure the only place Robert Joseph Maccready has ever been written down is on the note tucked into the basket his parents left him in.

Just a series of drabbles in the Fallout 4 world centered around Piper/Nora with flashbacks of Nora/Nate. There's probably going to be a threesome of Cait/Piper/Nora eventually. Depends on how this takes off.

Summary
Her life before the bombs and all the carnage that followed had been a dream. The kind of dream a young girl wanted. She had her soulmate and she had her career. But it sometimes didn't feel like enough.
Crawling out of the vault had been difficult. She had to see it as a mission, if it's a mission she could be all business. She could put on her game face and destroy the man that kidnapped her son. Now? Her mission is getting more complicated; as she looks for her missing son she also has to learn to connect with a soulmate that she wasn't expecting.
And it definitely wasn't part of her mission to fall in love with him either.

Summary
Deacon finally meets his match, and then some.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"...I’m also a fan of ‘That’s a nice outfit. It would look better on my floor.’”
He snorted, “Has that ever actually worked for anyone in the history of time and space?”
She smiled at him with a cheeky sort of charm, “I dunno, honey. Why don’t you try it and we’ll see?”
Deacon about choked on his beer and she giggled at him while sipping her drink. He shook his head and was surprised to find he didn’t have to fake the disappointment in his voice, “Can’t. Don’t have my own floor.”
Nora shrugged at that. “Well, in that case…”, her eyes moved over him slowly. It made him feel like a nervous kid. “That’s an awfully sexy outfit you’re wearing, Andy. I bet it would look better on my floor.”
Bad idea. Bad idea. Bad idea. “Oh yeah? Where’s this floor at?” Like he didn’t already know.
She smiled, took his hand and stood. “I’ll show you.”
(Note: This is my magnum opus revenge story for Bethesda not allowing anyone to romance this sad egg. Buckle up, kids, stuff's about to get dark and dirty.)
Summary
Fallout 4 gives The Institute a pretty half-assed ideology. I don’t think Institute scientists spring out of bed every day, eager to produce more creepy things in their creepy things factory. What actually drives the people living below ground, and why do certain people above ground act as informants for The Institute? I refuse to believe Father released the Sole Survivor for “funsies” and with no Institute guidance and manipulation. How was The Institute involved behind the scenes, and how would that affect the Sole Survivor’s path? In trying to come up with answers, I ended up asking another question: after sixty years of third gens, why hadn’t The Institute come up with a fourth-generation synth? This prompted the creation of my original character, Hob, and the necessity of starting a few weeks before SoSu leaves the vault.
This work is also trying to fix the countless Bethesda “yeah-that’s-good-enough” throwaway explanations for dialogue, terminal entries, chronology, etc. I felt like Dr. Frankenstein trying to resurrect various Fallout 4 body parts into a living, breathing creature. But despite my criticism, make no mistake – I love the crap out of this game.
