Summary
Crowley was a demon. That was a fact that had been true for six thousand years and wouldn’t be changing… ever if he was being honest. He had made peace with this a long time ago, though not as long as he would claim. Crowley was a demon, one of the damned.
But he hadn’t started out that way.
What did I ever do to you
That you should treat me this way?
Is it really such a crime
For an angel to speak his mind? -

Summary
After Aziraphale leaves for Heaven, Crowley tries to drown his sorrow in alcohol and self-harm. He is visited by an old "friend" who leaves him with a diabolical and heartbreaking task, trying to pull Crowley back to the side of Hell. When Aziraphale returns, Crowley is forced to make choices... going along with Hell as long as he can while being true "his side", his heart, protecting the world and the people he loves. In doing so, he endures torture, abuse, pain, and suffering that only Satan could provide.
Crowley and Aziraphale will need to be honest with each other and share memories in order to save themselves, each other, their friends, and the world that they love.

Summary
Crowley walked emotionlessly to the edge of what felt like the universe.
He took a breath, and felt himself being pushed off into nothingness by the hands of his own mother.
And so, he sauntered vaguely downwards. -

Summary
Crowley knew he should fear if he wasn't there to welcome the King of Demons into his damn house.
The Bentley stopped on its own (because it knew it was in its best interest) in front of Mayfair, and there, before the steps that hadn't been there before, stood one of the people Crowley had only seen in Eden, right in front of his door. Lucifer never spoke to him again; honestly, Crowley would have preferred it stayed that way.Crowley was going to be sick.
or
The visit to Mayfair was meant to be a simple affair, however, Lucifer's curiosity unveils a truth so profound, so unexpectedly tender, that it threatens the very balance they've so meticulously maintained. When Aziraphale is injured, Crowley must navigate explicit orders to aid his recovery.
And Lucifer? He watches from the shadows, a smirk playing upon his lips while he revels in the unfolding drama. The pain, the confusion, the scramble for salvation—it amuses him, this intricate dance of fate and free will. Yet, beneath the surface of his amusement, lies a thread of intrigue.- Language:

Summary
The black tomcat eyed the Aziraphale from his perch, his long, thin tail flicking with apparent disapproval. His jaws stretched in a wide yawn, and his yellow eyes blinked slowly. With them closed, he could be mistaken for a shadow on the backdrop of a brick wall.
“Who’re you, then?” He asked in a gravelly, hoarse voice that suggested disuse. His words were stated rather rudely, and he did not move, save for the flicking tip of his tail, and the flexing of his hind claws.
Aziraphale nervously padded closer. The wiry black tom looked quite hostile, from the way his thin fur was prickling along his spine, but this was the first cat he had seen ever since his human had (accidentally) left him behind, and he needed to take this chance. Even if he had to handle a little rudeness.
Crowley is a long-abandoned, hardened street cat, angry and wary and guarded against anyone intruding on the fragile peace he had carved out for himself.
Aziraphale is an anxious housecat, who's just wondering why his owners had thrown him to the streets. He's certain it must've be some sort of mistake.

Summary
Normally, Aziraphale wouldn’t give in to his basest curiosities, but this situation was one of a kind. He had the opportunity to observe Crowley without suspicion, since he and Jim would be in Aziraphale’s bookshop. He could hide, remain unseen, and Crowley would be none the wiser.
Aziraphale paused at the door for just a moment, thinking about his morality and the ethics of spying on Crowley speaking to his former boss, the boss that tried to eliminate him. But, he thought, I could understand how he’s feeling. He never talks about how he’s really feeling.
Neither do you, a little voice whispered. He told it to quiet itself as the angel followed Crowley swiftly up the stairs and made himself invisible to the pair.
He had reached the top of the stairs as he heard Crowley softly say, “Let there be light.”
