    Summary

    Just because Aziraphale and Crowley are now human, doesn't mean they're willing to fulfill ALL human social obligations. Notable red line: deadly boring parties.
    Aziraphale copes by abandoning ship, Crowley copes by striking up conversation with the nearest child. Unfortunately, like most conversations with the under-fives, it all gets a bit more philosophical than he bargained for.

    Seeing it motionless like that, you feel startled by it, really: by what a perfect and intricate and beautiful thing a bird is.
    It’s definitely dead.
    ‘What’s wrong with it?’ she asks.

    After a certain point, Crowley tries to collect art that reminds him of Aziraphale and their time together (whilst being in utter denial about it). But art collecting comes with some rather unexpected challenges.

    The Fallen remember Heaven, but Heaven doesn't remember them.

    This is very unfortunate for Crowley, who is very much in love with an angel who has no memory of his existence.

    As soon as Aubrey Thyme, psychotherapist, had opened her office door and seen her new client, Anthony J. Crowley, sitting in her waiting area, she was observing and assessing him. At first glance, she paid attention to the following:

    --His clothing was expensive and stylish;
    --He wore very strange but noticeable cologne;
    --His relationship to the seat he occupied could only, very loosely, be described as “sitting;”
    --He looked angry;
    --He was wearing sunglasses.

    What Aubrey Thyme, a professional, thought, upon first seeing her new client was: you’re going to be a fun one, aren’t you?

    "What kind of sorry excuse for a historical museum doesn't touch up on the paint jobs!"

    Aziraphale blinked up at the statue. "Well, they did just steal these from foreign countries. I don't know what to tell you, dear, these buildings are just over-glorified trophy cabinets."

    "That's beside the point," Crowley seethed, curling in on himself. "This used to be such a colourful piece, now it looks like, like—"

    "Like a black and white photograph?"

    "No, that's the thing. Black and white photos still have that—that thing where you know there’s colours there, just no hues or saturation.”

    “Value?”

    “Yeah, that, sure. This is just whitewashed bullshit," he groused.

    Summary

    Crowley starts to hear a voice that nobody else can hear - a call, a summons. Not wanting to worry Aziraphale, Crowley plays it off and pretends that nothing is wrong.

    Something is happening to Crowley. He can't stop it, nor can he control it. It's ineffable, inevitable. The past catches up with the present, the secrets that have been hidden from him for so long are finally coming to light, and God isn't done with Crowley yet.

    But can an angel, a witch, a witch finder, the antichrist and his gang of friends help to save Crowley before he is too far gone into the past to remember anything at all?

    He hugged his chest tightly and blew out a long, foggy breath. Now there was nothing for it. He couldn’t stop thinking about it. In truth, he had been thinking about it nearly since his beginning, but his careful compartmentalization had only begun to break down in the last 11 years.

    Summary

    God instructed Raphael to bind the demon named Azazel, “...and cover him with darkness, and let him abide there for ever, and cover his face that he may not see light. And on the day of the great judgement he shall be cast into the fire. And heal the earth which the angels have corrupted, and proclaim the healing of the earth, that they may heal the plague...”
    That is how Crowley scored his point, in one particular round of ‘real or fake bible quote’ sometime around 2011, on a day off from their jobs with Warlock’s household: heal the earth which the angels have corrupted. He strongly disliked to bring the matter up, but he suspected it would work, and Aziraphale was not nearly drunk enough yet for his own good.
    Aziraphale could have sworn that the line read ‘which the Fallen angels have corrupted.’ He got out Enoch’s first draft of his book and everything.
    “Well, the Fallen bit was implied, all the Watchers were Fallen and it clearly referred to the Watchers, because what the devil would She have meant by it otherwise?” the angel had finally asked, frustrated.
    “Implied? Angel, you made this game. Drink.”

    "Aziraphale, please, I’ve loved you for eons,” Crowley reached out and grasped his hand. Instantly, intense fear from Aziraphale’s essence shot through Crowley and he staggered back with a gasp.

    Aziraphale was shaking his head roughly, stepping backwards, too. “Stop,” he said faintly, agony in his eyes. “I can’t give you what you want. I can’t do this, Crowley,” he lamented. His face hardened. “I won’t.

    What would've happened if Aziraphale and Crowley didn't figure out Agnes' last prophecy? And Heaven and Hell actually managed to kill them? And what if God decided that wasn't going to fly? This is the story of tragedy, rebirth, and renewal. There will be redemptions and romance along with a slight bit of heartbreak along with Crowley being an idiot with emotions.

    Summary

    Crowley starts seeing his angel form in the mirror. It starts as a walk-by glance and suddenly disappears. He doesn't know what to do with it, all of those memories were taken away, but they come back to him in pieces, digging up all sorts of things.

    Then God appears to him of all people. She says that she forgives him, that she had forgiven him long ago, and that she never stopped loving him. She says that he and Aziraphale are to be the protectors of Earth as they have been for her so far.

    Everything hurts, and nothing makes sense- so just another new millennia really.

    心理治疗师Aubrey Thyme打开她的办公室门、见到坐在等候区的新客户Anthony J. Crowley的那一刻,便开始了她的观察评估。她首先注意到了以下几点:

    他的着装时髦又昂贵;
    他喷了味道古怪又明显的古龙水;
    他的姿势只能勉强描述为“坐”在座位上;
    他看上去很愤怒;
    他戴着墨镜。

    Aubrey Thyme这位专业人士对她的新客户产生的第一个想法是:这可是个有趣的案例,不是么?

    Summary

    Aziraphale looked away, and poured himself another drink. “In any case, that looked unpleasant and I’m sorry to hear that’s a regular occurrence for you.”

    Crowley felt weird, like he wanted to yell and punch a wall and cry and hug Aziraphale all at once. He settled on being defensive. “Oh, save it. You probably think it’s what we demons deserve for our wickedness.”

    Aziraphale’s gaze turned serious. “You don’t deserve that, Crowley,” he said, quietly but firmly.

    Summary

    Crowley struggled. Every month that drew colder, every day and every hour, his biological clock was ticking toward hibernation, and every year it went on, every century, the more Crowley wondered just how much he missed of it. Crowley struggles with these feelings, scared of Aziraphale finding someone that he can spend these days with, and jealous of their friends because they get to see Aziraphale at his happiest. Crowley was in love, and all he could do was write about it.

    And they say that Demons aren't supposed to feel love.

    Crowley reread the text one last time. Was it too direct, or too vague? Did that comma need to be there? And when in the Nine Circles of Hell did Crowley decide to add a winking emoticon?

    He quickly deleted the entire message and started over again. He had to get this right...

    In the eleven years and seven days leading up to Armageddon, Aziraphale and Crowley are having an argument. The worst one they've ever had. An Argument that Crowley has been having since The Beginning. About rules that he will not, cannot break. His one rule. The stellar rule:

    Crowley. Never. Kills.
