    Summary

McCoy found himself suddenly and forcefully shoved against the wall. His exclamation of protest died on his lips as the breath was knocked from his lungs. Spock’s grip was crushing and the look in those dark eyes as he towered over him set his blood to curdling. Had Spock finally come to take his revenge for all those petty insults and unflattering jabs? He’d never expected the Vulcan to lose his cool this spectacularly. Clearly, he was about to get far more than he’d ever bargained for.

He felt Spock’s burning hands move to close around his throat. He swallowed dryly, refusing to break eye contact with him. He told himself that he wasn’t afraid to die. If Spock was going to wring his neck he’d better hurry up and get it over with.

McCoy felt a sudden coolness as the collar of his shirt was turned out. Spock leaned forward until his nose was almost resting against the doctor’s collarbone. His breath was hot against McCoy’s skin. The doctor held absolutely still.

“Uh, Spock. What’re you doing?” he finally asked.

Or, the Enterprise encounters a strange vessel, Mr. Spock has a breakdown, Dr. McCoy takes care of everyone but himself, and Captain Kirk struggles with a very unhelpful romantic attraction.

    Summary

    Time changes.

Most of us are blissfully unaware when our past is rewritten. El-Aurians, however, and certain humans whose psionic potential has been catalyzed by them, maintain awareness, sometimes even memories, of the past as it once was. A war rages across time for the fate of the Galaxy, the Federation, and Earth.

Recently remarried and reunited with his daughter, Leonard McCoy doesn't have any goddamn time for any of that. Half the time, it's all he can do to prevent his husbands from blowing themselves up, or getting thrown half-naked into an antique prison cell (again) and getting hypothermia. And as if all that and a time war weren't enough, there are mischievous omnipotent beings, tiny invertebrate assholes swarming the ship, and planets full of mobsters and gladiators.

When can an old country doctor catch a break?

*** 3rd and Final Installment in the series. It will absolutely be confusing if you haven’t read the first two installments***

    Summary

“You on the right,” Jim said, falling into his role as Captain as a way to escape his massive discomfort. “My right.” He gestured. “Identify yourself.”

The Terran man slowly tore his gaze from Spock and stared at Jim with open fear and trepidation. “I am S’Chn T’gai Spock, Captain.”

The Spock Jim was familiar with stepped forward off the transporter pad and stood at parade rest, his expression unusually hard. “As am I, Captain. It is evident that the transporter did not successfully read my life signs, instead interpreting me as two beings: a Vulcan and a Terran. It sorted my DNA accordingly. This will prove to be a fascinating experiment.”

    --------------------------------

In the Mirrorverse, the transporter accident caused by the magnetic ore dust of Alfa-177 splits Spock instead of Kirk. The transporter erroneously sorts Spock’s Vulcan and Terran DNA into two separate individuals. Kirk must hide Spock’s Terran half and rely on Scotty to program the transporter to reverse the split.

    Summary

“We are t’hy’la,” Spock repeated, openly watching Kirk for a reaction now. When all he got was dumbfounded silence, no doubt mirroring Spock’s earlier appearance of shock, he clarified, “Soulmates if that is easier to process.”

    It wasn’t.

    ----------------------------

Captain and First Officer meet for the first time. Spock explains they're t'hy'la. Kirk is determined to make this working relationship work.

A different take on the events of "The enemy within", showing the "evil Captain Kirk's" point of view - for like it or not, he's just as much Kirk as the weak persona highlighted in the episode.

    Summary

Just stay calm, and we’ll be okay, Jim promised. Other Kirk- okay, nope, that sounds weird, actually. Quick, pick something that I can call you.

    Jim Kirk.

Anything BUT that, that’s MY name, Jim shot back, trying to mentally convey a head shake at the same time. Something else.

The other Kirk went quiet for a moment, which was strange, because Jim could still feel him thinking; but his thoughts were like scraps of paper on the wind that Jim couldn’t decipher. Tiberius, he finally decided. That good enough?

Perfect. Nice to meet you, Tiberius.

The transporter re-calibration doesn't work exactly as planned, and "Good" Kirk and "Evil" Kirk find themselves back in the same body, but with their consciousnesses still separate. Now, all they have to do is explain it to Bones and Spock.

    Summary

Jim did not expect that one of his duties as Charlie’s pseudo-father would be explaining that there are things you just can’t do with a woman when you didn’t know that she likes you.

Kirk was not at all prepared for the conversation. It brought up some uncomfortable memories, feelings, that Jim couldn’t deal with right now.

Kirk has to be in control. Of himself, of his crew, of his ship. If he isn’t in control, people get hurt, people die.

It’s disconcerting to think about a moment in time where he wanted to give that up. Just hand the keys to the store over to someone he barely knew. Jim had always been called a smart kid but in that moment he had known just how stupid he could be, if given the chance.

Yeoman Janice Rand has serviced on the USS Enterprise since its launch and there were few things she has faced that have left her shaking from nightmares. The first she recalled was the childhood fear of clowns, then of spiders as a teenager, as an adult, it was of failure and death. Now, after the whirlwind incident where an imposter had beamed onto the ship from Alpha 177, it was of her Captain, James T. Kirk.

OR: Janice Rend is having a hard time dealing with the aftermaths of the assault from Evil Kirk, the issue is addressed properly and apologies are made.

Advisory: This will have direct and indirect references as well as description variations of the assault.

    Summary

James Tiberius Kirk - friend, brother, lover - has one great and glorious ambition: to captain a starship. It is the defining passion of his life for which he has sacrificed every relationship he once held dear.

S'chn T'gai Spock left his life behind on Vulcan to join Starfleet, against the wishes of his family. Ostracised by his people, he has forged his path amongst alien strangers, unfamiliar with and resentful of his cool, logical ways.

When the USS Enterprise loses her Captain, they are thrown together as Starfleet's newest command team. These very different men begin a relationship that will define their lives, shape their destinies, and reveal the lengths that each will go to for friendship. And for love.

A novel-length retelling of original Star Trek canon through the lens of one of the greatest relationships ever committed to film. Using missing scenes, episode tags, and original story-telling. Ultimately a Generations fix-it.

    [TOS!Spirk]

Un finale alternativo per la puntata "The Enemy Within": solo una parte di Kirk è sopravvissuta al teletrasporto, cosa farà adesso il Capitano dell'Enterprise?

    "-Signor Spock, la prego. –
