Summary
Legend of Korra Gladiatrix AU. Set in Roman Spain during the later days of the Roman Republic before and during the Civil War between Caesar and Pompey. Korra is a gladiatrix who catches the eye of Asami, a wealthy merchant-princess. Mako and Bolin are legionaries in Pompey's armies.
I'm working to make this story as historically authentic as I'm capable of. While I'm a long-time enthusiast of Ancient Rome, I'm not an expert by any means. I'm happy to take constructive criticism on the historical accuracy, but I must insist that anyone who offers it provide sources as well. Thanks in advance!
Also, huge thanks goes out to the lovely Chenria for the awesome gladiatrix!Korra art work!
Edit: I added HBO's Rome to the tags as well, since I decided there are enough cameos from the series to qualify for 'crossover' status.

Summary
After their feat in the Northern Water Tribe, things could still be better.
The Earth Kingdom people were stuck in their ways, still believing that the Avatar was unfit for the role either because the news of the North had not reached them yet or merely because they were as stubborn as their element.
The hunt for the Avatar's head was on more than ever in the Fire Nation. They craved power and what Toph displayed in the Water Tribe showed so much of that. They want to rise in ranks and prove themselves to the Fire Lord. And doing so meant hunting and killing her.
So yeah, it could be better.
But what now? What is in store for the team? Air was extinct and most of the benders who could control Fire would kill Toph without a moment's notice. It seemed bad luck followed wherever she went.
Was she really doomed to be the Cursed Avatar for all eternity?

Summary
Avatar Gyatso, the Airbening Avatar failed to prevent the ever blooming war 100 years ago, dying at the young age of 55
Avatar Kuruk, the Waterbending Avatar failed to stop the war, spending his years away from the public, surfing and playing Pai Sho. His death came even earlier at 33
The Earth Kingdom eagerly awaited their Avatar. Their spirit of the world will be different, they will be strong, they will end this war, they will be like Kyoshi.
But Toph was tiny and blind.
Not fit to be the Avatar and an embarrassment to the Kingdom. This only showed one thing to the world: the Avatar spirit was dwendling, weakening with every new incarnation. If those last two failures of Avatars weren't enough proof, just take a look at the current,
At the Cursed Avatar.

Summary
This "script" will go through all three seasons of the show (eventually) and add sexual situations before, after, or during certain scenes. Some will be brief and merely suggestive, while others will be extensive and graphic.
To tie my scenes in with the original series, some of the chapters will begin and/or end with a couple lines of dialogue from the series, which will be italicized to distinguish them from my own writing.
