Summary
The Prince is a fictitious novel dramatizing the fantasy of Medieval life. With modern and progressive twists, the novel begins in the Kingdom of Cordonia, in the far-western portion of The Syrenian Region. The lead consists of Prince Silva Cryus, a nobleman who dreams of a life more ambitious than the one he currently leads. Lamenting over the toils of Royal life, and the restrictions that come with it, the Prince is thrust Into catastrophe, for a sole woman of power, known as Ophelia Umbra, abdicates the Royal Family. This compels him to dawn upon a new name, Silas Selwyn. He carries a sinister secret of his past, whilst trekking through extraneous lands Eastern of Cordonia, called The Outworld. Traveling with a knight identified as Nathaniel Scarborough, this auspicious journey undergoes a metamorphosis when the misery of the Kingdom brings the hidden Prince to arms. By doing so, he consolidates the Outworld to subdue the Regicidal Queen, climactically allying the Outworld, with sworn judgment upon the Harbinger of anarchy. The Prince incorporates juxtapositional scenes of tranquility, and abruption into entropy through combat, with personal battles shaping Silva into his true character, whatever it may be.
