This takes place during Season 2 Episode 13. Lady Sif shows up and Daisy finds out she's an inhuman. Fitz helps Daisy hide her secret.
Daisy and Fitz deal with the news of Daisy becoming an inhuman. Daisy fears the rejection of her team because of past events she's been through. 6 years later after the final battle with all the team, the secret she has been keeping for years was shared by Fitz in a drunken state during never have I ever. Daniel confronts Daisy about it and she has to tell him her secret.
***“Once my next foster home found out about it they sent me away to a new family because I was too damaged. When I was 16 I had a family find out about my past and the dad seemed to think that was an open invitation to rape me. It went on for a long time, and I kept getting denied by people in my life because of something I couldn’t control.” Daisy was crying at this point and Fitz brought her into a bone crushing hug.

Today's pie, though, probably wouldn't be quite as spectacular as that - it was a simpler, homey thing, made by pie-ing her favourite comfort food to suit the cozy, warm mood she found herself in lately.
Spaghetti was her comfort food because it reminded her of her first date with Hunter - reminded her of their first kiss over a string of tomato-streaked spaghetti.
To her utter surprise, Bobbi felt tears - happy tears - pickling against her eyelids. She just loved him so much.
Her hand brushed over her stomach again, and she couldn't help her smile despite the warm tears. Your fault, she thought, fondly.
