Heaven won.
On paper that sounds like a good thing in reality not so much though.
But one side begins to remember.
Let's just say that the angels want back what they think is theirs.

They've left the organisation of that to the Demon Crowley.

In heaven the most perfect and ideal beings of angels are Alpha's and Beta's. Omega's are seen as weaklings and destined to be a fallen angels.
For the longest time Aziraphale has had to battle himself to control and hide his status, being seen as a modern normal Beta.
Crowley being his best friend and always being at his company makes it more difficult at times.
One day while Aziraphale was out he spotted Gabriel and on his way towards the other direction a feeling suddenly came over him...

Summary
Beelzebub had sent the latest note, and fully expected to be first to arrive in the dusty room, as per usual.
Only. They weren't.
And the room wasn't dusty anymore.
There wasn't any smashed up desks either.
It was all gone.
Miracled away, clean, by the Archangel leaning over the desk in the middle of the room.

Beelzebub has an existential crisis, because of course they do.

Summary
"What do humans do on dates? We have no idea." Gabriel asked quickly, panicked.
Aziraphale looked taken aback, and looked to Crowley for guidance.
Crowley was still processing his former boss being pressed into the Archangel’s side. The same Archangel who thought telling a woman she was pregnant with gods child whilst she was on the toilet was appropriate.
"Why- why do you need to know?" Aziraphale asked diplomatically, when he realised he wasn’t going to get any help from Crowley.
"Because we want to do that. Go on dates like humans. It’s become sort of a hobby."
Aziraphale and Crowley's specially planned date is imposed upon by Gabriel and Beelzebub, who want to know what humans do on dates. They allow them to join them on theirs, to find out. It goes about as well as can be expected.
This is a sequel to Will Too Much Love Kill You?. It is referenced once, but it isn't strictly necessary to read it to read this one.

Summary
It had certainly felt intimate with Gabriel[...]
But at no point during the exchange did Beelzebub’s heart beat.
Gabriel’s heart had beat. They’d felt it when they laid their head upon his chest. They thought that was normal for an Angel, a being of love, until Gabriel declared in his brazen confession that it had never happened before, and it had only happened for them.
Beelzebub’s heart didn’t even poot. There was nothing. Just an empty, hollow shell. No glowy love feelings. No uncontrollable desires. Just a clear head, a physical response, and a fun way to pass the time.Beelzebub and Gabriel continue whatever it is that they are. A Beelzebub POV.
**This is a Sequel to my previous story The Rest Of Me Wants To Meet You.
It's not strictly necessary to read that one first, but it is referenced here sometimes.Series

Summary
Armageddon didn't happen. Aziraphale and Crowley weren't destroyed. Gabriel has to make sense of it all and decide what to do from then on, for the rest of Eternity. He recalls his relationship with Aziraphale, as well as Aziraphale's relationship with Crowley and his own dealings with Beelzebub across the ages. Gabriel decides on a course of action, but he has a negotiation to do first in a vintage bookshop in Soho.
