Summary
Queen Rei Todoroki is cursed when pregnant with her fourth child. Shouto Todoroki is born deformed by magic and is locked up for all of his life by his father, King Enji Todoroki.
King Katsuki Bakugou is desperately trying to find a way to avoid war with Enji. He learns of a secret child of Enjis who's locked up in a tower and makes the impulse decision to kidnap his fourth son with the hopes of trading him for a peace treaty.
Izuku Midoriya is tasked with finding and bringing Shouto Todoroki home by King Enji, and finds him along side his childhood friend and love.
They all find themselves wishing everything was different as they fall in love.

Summary
Curiosity has always been Izuku's aid. Head of botanical zoological studies for the Todoroki Empire, it helped him learn, investigate, but curiosity isn't useful when you can get killed for it.
Finding a dragon he should not have, having the hatchling imprint on him when it's not supposed to, Izuku is whisked away into a world he did not want with a man, a Barbarian, he did not want. Katsuki Bakugou is violent, aggressive, and promises Izuku that he'll kill him before he lets Izuku's particular dragon fall into the hands of the enemy.
As wars rage around them, lines of morality are blurred, and Izuku comes to realize that there are more flaws in the world than perfections, Izuku will learn that what started out as a curse may turn out to be his only way to stop the pain, death, and torture once and for all.
He's just afraid of the consequences.

If his father didn’t care so much about having the perfect split of beauty and power, Shouto wouldn’t be in the position he is in. He should be back about sixteen feet behind a wall, enjoying some chess with a manservant or something. Something, anything other than this.
Because, if his father had listened to biology and how monarchies are usually ruled, Shouto wouldn’t be in a throne just shy of looking like a king’s. He wouldn’t be in such luxurious clothing, he wouldn’t be six feet from his father, down a few steps, watching as his father dealt with whatever the people of his kingdom brought forth to him. If his father had truly obeyed the rules of a monarchy, Shouto wouldn’t be the Crown Prince.
But, because his father simply does not give two shits, Shouto has been placed ahead of all his older siblings and next to his father.

Izuku stared at the ground, his mind racing with the possibilities. Kacchan was the most ferocious. Iida was the fastest. Yaoyorozu was probably the best option if anything. She was level headed and strong willed, but smart too. She was also a female beta, if Shouto was into that kind of thing.

It had started off innocently enough Shouto supposes, raise a bunch of dragonlings who had taken a liking to him and followed him wherever he went, what he hadn't expected was for these dragonlings to ACTUALLY be Half Dragon-Half Humans who could transform once they reach maturity. Perhaps if he'd known this beforehand, he would have been able to avoid the trouble this information brings later on.
