It was only when Edward uttered the name of Home Farm that Aaron realised he had seen the house in question before. Its grand image had been the focus of a painting that had hung in the library of his old secondary school, the warm red brick a striking contrast against the green of the surrounding trees and grassy lawns. If the painting was anything like the true likeness of the house then it really was something to be proud of, which is why Aaron was so puzzled by Robert's troubled expression every time the name was mentioned.
Monte Carlo, April 1932. Whilst travelling in France with his companion Edward Roberts, Aaron meets a newly widowed gentleman by the name of Robert Sugden. ('Rebecca' AU)
