Summary
Ryan hates Shane. Not in the casual, friendly way either. The problem is that Shane is terribly, innately good and insistently sees good in everything. But Shane does have one redeeming factor. Okay, maybe two.
Buzzfeed Unsolved has blown up with Shane as his partner. The popularity has been an ongoing stroke of the ego and, more importantly, a source of safety. Ryan’s bosses can only do so much to internet celebrities. Of course he's getting more bold on set; he’s untouchable now.
Secondly, Ryan’s bosses absolutely abhor Shane, and that makes his sweet goofy self much more palatable.
