5 Works in Vigilante Ashido Mina

This story is basically one shots of a story that I've been working on. First chapter is the basic world-building, description for the story, characters, and all that jazz.
Would like to get feedback on these oneshots. What you think is good, what you think could be improved, what should be taken out completely, something should be explained more(remember, these are just oneshots and ideas), and ect.Feedback is important!
Summary(as of now):
In this universe the discrimination against women isn't very noticable in everyday jobs, or when your just out going grocery shopping, normal things like that. Discrimination is very prominent when it came to hero society. Whether it comes to being a firefighter, a police officer, or a superhero and ect. If you were a woman you would be verbally talk downed for even saying aloud that you wanted to be a hero. If you tried to go to a hero school, you would be mocked at the entrance exam, and if you did pass it would be seen as a challenge to see 'how long can she last with the big boys'. It usually wasn't very long.
But as we all know when people have a good cause, they'll fight for it. And that's just what these girls(and guy) did.

People are judged by their quirks, and then given labels. Those with more dangerous quirks, like breathing fire or brainwashing, are labeled as villains, even if they had never committed a crime in their life. Those with more flashy, heroic quirks were labeled as heroes, even if they used those quirks for illegal things. Most people closely related to pro heroes were also labeled as heroes, even if their quirk was something that would be considered villainous. The same went for those related to villains, even if the quirk was ‘heroic’ they would be labeled as villains because of their parents.
Izuku wants to prove to the world that even if you've been labeled as a "villain" you can still become a hero.
So he fakes a quirk and gets into Sith High, where a villain course is disguised as a hero course.

“H – hey, Spark Plug…” Nitro wheezed, crimson bubbling from his blue tinted lips and trailing down his chin. “Ever regret… m – meeting… my ass?”
Arch whimpered where he knelt at Nitro’s bloodied side, hands trembling as he applied pressure to the wound. Tears blurred his vision when blood seeped through his fingers. “Never.” The electric blonde released a wet laugh, smearing Nitro’s clammy forehead with red as he wiped the other’s matted ashen bands away. “Can’t imagine leaving without you, asshole. None of us can.”
Nitro smirked, revealing scarlet stained teeth. “Fuckin’… sap…” He coughed, smirk falling from his lips and eyes fluttering close.
“Suki?” Arch gasped, grabbing Nitro’s pale hand and squeezing it tightly as it went limp. “Katsuki!”

"All I'm saying is that if we did a little vigilantism, we could help people, and get some more training when it comes to beating up bad guys" Kaminari was whingeing now, his idea having already been dismissed.
"Okay, but it's also illegal, and for good reason. Breaking the law isn't very manly, dude." Kirishima chimed in.
"Helping people who need it is super manly, though." Kaminari tried, but his friends weren't having it.
"You know," Midoriya's traitorous mouth began, "it wouldn't actually be illegal if we did it right."
