"I don't know, V." Claire said casually as she rinsed out a glass, flicking her hair from her face with a thoughtful jerk of the head and a shrug. "But... usually when you meet someone and you operate on the same wavelength and implicitly understand and care for each other? Most people call them soulmates." She had a crooked grin when she sat the glass aside and reached for another empty one on the bar. V reached over and passed it to her, swearing under his breath.
