Summary
Nicky should have known that secretly developing a drug to give Andy back her immortality wasn't his best idea, but he didn't realize just how much might go wrong. Joe, Nicky and Andy are physically seventeen from the fallout of some very ill-advised trials of the drug, leaving Nile, Copley, and Booker to deal with three very old immortals suddenly re-discovering teenage hormones and emotions.

“Tell me what?”
“Joe and I, we can read each other’s minds,” Nicky informs her as he sips his cappuccino, as if he’s talking about something as casual as their drink order. “Since the lab.”

It's been a strange few days for Nile. First, she discovers she can't die, then Andy and Booker kidnap her to try and keep her hidden away from Joe and Nicky, who abandoned their goodwill towards humanity when they were captured in World War I. Nile's the one who decides that it's time to try and break the cycle, seeking to bring Joe and Nicky back into the fold, despite Andy and Booker's failure to do so, many times.
It's just a matter of getting through to the two men, who've decided that the only thing they care about is protecting one another.

"Do you think we'll dream of each other, now?" Nicolò asks unexpectedly. "Like we do those two women?"
It startles a real laugh out of Yusuf. "Who knows? Sometimes, Nicolò, I think I must have dreamed you entirely."
After escaping the fall of Jerusalem together, Yusuf walks away from Nicolò in order to return home and move on with his life. It works for a while. Fifteen years later, Nicolò shows up in his dreams of the two immortal women.

“Do you remember what I said to you, the last time I was here?” Walt asked, quietly to Michael only. The other adults at the table were busy going through the papers, initialing on lines. Michael finally lifted his head to look at him properly. He nodded. “You’re going to come with me, to live with me, from now on. Is that ok with you?” Michael frowned and Walt tightened his grip on the stuffed shark still in his hand. Michael looked at his face. Walt tried to be as open as he could, tried to be the kind of person Michael needed in his life, the kind of person Ms. Nora thought he could be.
Michael nodded.
“I- I brought something for you,” Walt said, tripping over his words in worry. Michael may have agreed to come, but Walt was still uncertain. “I know you like space, but um, I thought maybe you would like something a little different.” He took the plush shark from under the table and placed it next to Michael’s drawing. “For you.”

Summary
Nile hasn't stopped to think that maybe it's been so long since Andy needed to take care of herself, that she genuinely doesn't know how to do it, now. That perhaps, that means that Andy doesn't know about doctors, or over-the-counter medication, or glasses, or vaccines. Perhaps, what Nile thought was obvious isn't to Andy. And it feels overwhelming to think that something so easy can be so out of Andy's reach, simply because of how long she's lived. Impossible to imagine that maybe, Nile, too, will forget one day.
Or, six times Nile had to deal with Andy being mortal.
