"Where am I?" Katsuki repeats.
Not-Deku sits opposite him, palms flat on the table to mirror his posture. Except he’s not in custom-made shackles. “You’re in Jōshubi Professional Hero Agency, in the interrogation room."
"How do I know you're not lying?"
Not-Deku makes a complicated face. "I would never lie to you."
"Your word doesn't mean shit. I don't even know you."
Not-Deku makes an even more complicated face. "You know me, Kacchan. I'm Izuku. Um-- Deku."
“Deku is sixteen.” Katsuki snarls. He considers the man before him. There’s the sharp jawline, the scars, the stubble, the fucking wrinkles. It doesn’t exactly scream sixteen-year-old. “You are not Deku.”
(In which Katsuki gets swapped twenty years through time, makes peace with the past, and maybe finally grows the fuck up.)

Just when Izuku felt things were looking up for him, the world was overtaken by the League of Villains. Dealing with tragedy daily and being pushed into desperate corners is annoying, especially now that he's the symbol of hope. He thought he could at least enjoy coming home into the arms of the man he loved, but the world doesn't give him a break, does it!?
Imagine his surprise when Ochako, his second in command, comes to wake him up on the first day of Yuuei! Not only does he have to prevent an apocalypse, but woo his cold, reserved boyfriend all over again? And where's the damned ring he spent a fortune on!?
How annoying indeed!

When Izuku wakes up in the forest not far from his home, he isn't prepared for what's about to come next.
Izuku's never dealt with time travel, after all, but that seems to be the least of his worries. He's not in his own timeline, for one, and he may or may not have been missing for the past few months.
With the threat of a future only Izuku knows about, a strange missing persons case, everyone around him getting suspicious, and a quirk he shouldn't have, Izuku has his work cut out for him.

It was supposed to be Izuku. He had all the knowledge and the plans he needed to make this work. But circumstances change and now Hitoshi is thirteen again and trying to stop the world from ending while also pretending that he isn't a traumatized adult trapped in a child's body.

Shouta’s plan had been ill-defined and desperate from the start, but he figures the important shit boiled down to, “Change as little as possible, make sure Midoriya doesn’t get himself killed, and stock up on lychee jelly pouches because that flavor got discontinued three years from now.” Keeping it simple’s always better, and he’s normally good at improvising.
Somewhere along the way, he must’ve fucked up since now he has:
A quirkless problem child hanging off of his every word
His best friend going through a sexuality crisis thanks to said problem child’s mom
His other best friend clinging to him like a security blanket
Some two-bit mob boss threatening him with bouquets of daffodils
To wring the number one hero’s fucking neck for not telling him anything useful before sending him decades into the past
All he did was walk Izuku Midoriya home. It wasn’t meant to turn into whatever mess this is.
