Summary
Izuku is the son of All for One and as such has the quirk all for one(Yes Izuku realizes this is confusing and has written many letters to the complaints department(unfortunately the complaints department is centuries old and for some reason doesn't like listening to his teenage son)). However, unlike his Father Izuku doesn't see the appeal of hoarding quirks and building an empire. Why would he when switching quirks and uprooting lives is so much more fun and interesting!!!
In other words, Izuku is slightly unhinged with the power to steal and give quirks with a single touch and he's making it the world's problem (or mostly Bakugou's problem, he's also plenty spiteful)

Summary
Izuku is a young merman who wants to have magic like everyone else, more than anything. Desperate, he seeks out the sea dragon who lives in the deep, trapped in a cave by All Might. He knows all deals with the sea dragon come at a price, but what is asked of him seems so small by comparison. The sea dragon will give him magic, so it will surely be well worth it?
He should have known better than to make deals with a leviathan of old.
But All For One is bound by his word, and he will give Izuku the magic he so desires, and in turn, gain a new child of his own.

Summary
Prompt: Izuku is a mermaid hatched from AFO's dragon pearl. But when he hatched, AFO is in deep sleep for thousands of years and was not able to welcome Izuku in the world. He grew up thinking he's just an ordinary abandoned mermaid and grew up under All Might's care. AFO woke up and became furious upon realizing his precious pearl is missing. (In which, AFO is a gigantic sea dragon and Izuku is a mermaid hatched from his pearl. AFO is so big that his encircled body created a what Izuku taught is a giant cave around him)

A few months into their stay at the Cloud Recesses, Wei Wuxian wakes up weird. He goes from bothering Lan Wangji incessantly to avoiding him completely, and from getting punished practically every day to being a model student. Jiang Cheng is willing to roll with it - although it is strange that Lan Wangji seems so very determined not to be ignored...
