Summary
He groaned as the cool water sluiced down on him and he rolled his neck and shoulders. He could feel his skin starting to heat, the prickling in his fingers and toes becoming more insistent. Thoughts of Dean always made his heat come on a little faster and the knowledge that his mate, his alpha, would be there soon to take care of him was enough to pull a small whine from his throat.

Summary
“Sammy?” Dean called through the door. His voice sounded strained.
“Surprise!”
Dean shuffled on the other side of the door and Cas’ grumble sounded again.
“Sammy, I’m glad you’re here, man but you gotta go.”
“What?” Dean let out a small groan and Sam furrowed his brow. “Dean?”
“Yeah. Yeah I’m here.” His voice was hoarse. “I can’t explain-“ his words were cut off by a pained moan. Sam leaned closer to the wood. “Can’t explain now but you gotta leave, Sam. Go to Bobby’s”
“What going on?” Sam rattled the doorknob again.
“It’s fine. Just go!” Dean’s voice was different now, higher and tinged with something raw. Sam felt panic welling up in his chest.

Summary
Dean’s head swam and his stomach lurched as he stood. His steps were stuttered and off balance but eventually he made his way into the kitchen and picked up his phone off the counter. No missed calls. No text messages. He sighed heavily and rubbed at his eyes. His mouth was tacky and tasted like the sweet and bitter combination of whiskey and beer. He made it to the sink and turned on the water, ducking his head to drink directly from the faucet. The water was cool and soothing to his throat but it sloshed in his already full stomach.
He dialed Cas’ number again. The sound of Cas’ voicemail made Dean’s heart ache.
“Baby, I’m sorry. Please come home. I know you’re pissed but come on, Cas, it’s the full moon and-“ he glanced out the nearest window. Fat flakes of snow fluttered down and beat against the glass. Outside, everything was blanketed in white. “It’s snowing.” His voice caught in his throat, a tight fist of emotion cutting off his air. He took a shuddering breath. “I miss you.”

Summary
When Dean woke up he was warm and comfortable. Sunlight streamed across his eyelids, turning them pink and making him squint. He groaned softly, stretching his limbs and noticing that for once, he wasn’t sore all over. Not even that twinge in his back that usually greeted him in the morning was there. He yawned, loud and boisterous, as he rubbed his hands down his face and finally let his eyes open.
He blinked. The walls around him were painted a summery green, bright thanks to a window across the room covered by a set of sheer white curtains. The bedframe was dark wood and rustic. It matched the nightstand and a dresser under the window. The sheets were deep green and soft, the comforter a coordinating tan.
He sat up.
This was not his room.

Summary
His spoon clinked against the edges of his ceramic mug as he stirred another spoonful of sugar into his coffee. His hand trembled and the hot liquid splashed over the side. He hissed when it hit his thumb.
The call from Jody was as much a relief as a confirmation of his worst fears. He had bitten the man, that much was apparent to him now. The description she gave him matched his memories and made his stomach turn. He was relieved though; relieved that Jody knew the man, Dean Winchester, and that she was able to schedule this time for them to meet. If he had had to track him down through his jumbled recollections and the few snippets Gabriel saw, it could have ended badly.
Not that it wouldn’t end badly anyway.
How do you tell someone that you accidentally turned them into a werewolf?

Summary
Cas is, impossibly, far more gorgeous in person, and he’s taller than Dean expected, and he moves with this casual grace that makes Dean’s brain short circuit.
So Dean thinks he probably looks a little like a deer in the headlights when Cas catches his eyes from the door of the restaurant. He breaks out into a smile, the full, wide one that never came out in his pictures, and Dean actually goes weak in the knees. “Cas,” Dean says.
“Hello, Dean,” Cas says.

Summary
Main fic summary: There is a race that takes place every year in Alaska called the Iditarod, a thousand mile journey across the Alaskan wilderness by dog sled team that has come to be known as "The Last Great Race on Earth”. It is a test of endurance, of the relationship between dogs and their people, traversing mountain ranges, frozen rivers, forest and tundra.
When writer Castiel Milton is forced to spend two and a half months in Alaska at Winchester Kennels to cover the race preparations and the Iditarod itself, the only person more dismayed than he is Dean Winchester, one of his hosts. Castiel views his assignment as a punishment and is less than impressed by his surly host, and Dean distrusts the sheltered city-born writer who has invaded their home and their lives. But soon, as the Winchesters prepare for their race and Castiel learns about sled dogs and what a musher’s lifestyle is all about, they forget to hate each other and their relationship evolves into something neither of them expected.

Summary
In a world where Weres are basically pets to humans, having sex with one is clearly off limits. In the same world, Dean Winchester lives with this enormous secret that no one has yet to find out. Too bad that a chance meeting will have him confronted with that secret in the most blatant of ways.
Or,
The one where human Dean has a fetish for fucking Alphas and where Alpha Castiel might not be as clueless as some seem to think.
