Summary
Childe's problem is this: he promised his siblings he'd return home as soon as he finished the mission given to him in Liyue. His earring hangs heavy with the weight of the promise he made to go back home safely, and with every passing day, his return to Snezhnaya draws closer and closer.
Childe's problem is this: leaving Liyue means leaving Zhongli, and leaving Zhongli is the last thing he wants to do.

Summary
"Another archon's gnosis has been taken," Mona takes a sip of her tea.
Kaeya hums. Venti had mentioned something about that, but he'd only been half listening. "Yes, I heard."
"You're not at all concerned? What if they come for you next?"
"If I die, I die," Kaeya shrugs.
Mona frowns. "If you die, how will I get free peach tea?"
-
Kaeya could hardly be considered a God with his gnosis stolen from a dying archon, but others don't see it that way. Namely his friends that don't wanna run the risk of the fatui showing up and beating him into the ground. Kaeya doesn't mind too much, but he will probably die without his gnosis, and that's just a little inconvenient.

Summary
“What is the meaning of this?” Zhongli glanced up at an irritated La Signora. Within her hand was the Gnosis, but…
It was merely the top half of the Gnosis — which should’ve been whole in the first place. Instead, it was split in two with the location of the second half unknown. Not even the Tsaritsa had warned the Harbingers of such a possibility.
“This was not part of the contract.”
“I said I would give you my Gnosis and I have.”
She glared at Zhongli. “Where’s the other half?”
Zhongli remained silent.
—
In which the Geo Archon isn’t just one divine entity, but two. Zhongli and Childe wander the streets of Liyue Harbor all while sharing a split Gnosis and working on their Archon duties as if they are one — in their own unique way.
It ends up changing quite a lot of things really.
