Summary
Leaving the safety of her hidden commune, a Ralts narrowly avoids capture on Hoenn Route 102. If that was true, than he was the most successful doctor humanity had ever seen. Because his new "vaccine" had not only cured the plague, but also apparently vaccinated a person against everything from malnutrition to grievous bodily harm.
