Frong frowned. Had Thara watched him? He hadn’t realized because he had been occupied with not looking at Thara. Because he knew his sex voice, and he had to hold himself back, in his drunken stupor, to not walk up to Thara and tell him that. His sex voice was almost the same as his patient voice Frong thought. Just deeper, and he liked to speak into Frong’s skin, burn his words there to linger and his hands, gosh, he couldn’t keep his hands still. Frong was sure every inch of his body had been touched by Thara and maybe that was a doctor thing?

“I should have stayed on Earth,” Kix says. Kix bemoans, because that’s what this is. It’s a lament for his sanity and a plea for someone to rewind time so he can make better choices and not commit himself to years of dealing with idiots, no matter how dearly he loves said idiots.
“It’s not that bad,” Fives says with all the dignity still available to him. Fives is currently sitting in his underwear on one of Kix's biobeds, though, so Kix is pretty sure his opinion doesn’t count.

Summary
Getting flung five years into the past is pretty much a miracle. Crash-landing on the weirdest Jedi Master he's ever had the misfortune to meet is a lot more like one extended headache for Rex, especially when he also has to contend with a brand new Force sensitivity, old friends, a Force spirit wearing a familiar face, Sith Lords, ruthless cloners, and the looming shadow of a coming war.
Maybe it really would have been easier to make like Obi-Wan and find a nice, sandy planet to bury himself on.
