Summary
A porcelain figure on a music box sits alone in an abandoned attic until one day he is granted the gift of life. He strikes out on a quest of self discovery, giving himself the name Jaskier, and learns about what it means to be living. As he goes about playing his music, he hopes one day to find the one who made him, and learn why destiny should give him a soul and wait so long after to grant him the blessing of life.

Summary
After a rogue spell causes Geralt and Jaskier to be caught in a mutual transformation, it seems the only way to break the spell is by tracking down the mage who cast it.
Along the way, the two come to gain an even better understanding of each other while hopelessly falling head over heels in love. Neither will admit it, however, assuming the other one doesn't feel the same. That's fine because being travel companions is better than nothing, right?
(or: Geralt has as much interest in kissing a lark as Jaskier does with a wolf)

Summary
Made a witcher when he was young, the halls of Kaer Morhen have no secrets for Julian. He is an expert witcher now, inseparable from his friend Vesemir's side. Amidst teaching chaos, he is asked to help prepare new trials for a thirteen years old boy, who just passed his first trials.
When he refuses to help them, he is cast out from the wolf witchers' stronghold, separated from his friend. He is then confronted by Stregobor, a mage with whom he fought a few years prior, who seeks revenge on him, and who is helped by another wolf witcher set out against Julian.
This is the story of how Julian, Wolf Witcher, became Jaskier the bard, and how, accidentally, he discovers himself a family outside of Kaer Morhen.

He woke up to not feel a comfortable bed beneath him but instead a hard ground. Maybe I fell onto the floor, Jaskier thought. He didn't think much of it until he felt a small bag hit his face.
It was the same way he was woken up the morning previous. He opened his eyes to find the same bag sitting on his chest. He was surrounded by woods. The same woods he was in yesterday.
