“And are you going to tell me who this mystery man is?”
“I could, but where’s the fun in that?” She smirks as she says it, sipping her fancy cocktail. Aizawa just has water. Who orders alcohol at 1 in the afternoon? Aizawa refrains from mentioning it- she’s the one paying for all this.

Fear is the only thing holding him back. He’s known Hizashi for so long, but their relationship is still new. Would Hizashi really want to Nest with him so soon? Some couples decide to find their own territory, or move to a new community before Nesting. Many wait until they’re sure they will have support from others, or they know they can support themselves. Shouta’s mind supplies an answer to all of his fears: they have a community, they have a comfortable home, they are strong and capable even on their own. But still he hesitates.

"Uhm, well, I didn't want to say it there. It's personal." Hizashi laughs nervously.
Nemuri grabs Hizashi’s arm and drags him to the side, away from the crowds of people on the sidewalk heading home for the night. They stand in the mouth of an alley, Hizashi with his back against the brick as Nemuri stares him down. It’s a bit intimidating, but Hizashi has always liked this side of her. It’s what attracted him to Shouta too.
"Okay, Hizashi, spit it out!" Nemuri huffs. She pokes Hizashi’s shoulder, making him whine as her sharp nail digs into his skin.
"I need you to teach me how to give a good blowjob! I'm really bad at it!" Hizashi blurts out in a rushed whisper, looking around before settling his gaze on her face.
“Uh, what?” Nemuri blinks and frowns. “I was not expecting this.”

Summary
It's only then that Iruka realizes with a flutter inside his belly, that Kakashi isn't wearing his usual standard uniform; his shinobi blues have been replaced by snow boots, black pants, and a very cute, green knitted sweater with the picture of a pug in the front.
It's so endearing he can't help but to stare, a stupid, idiotic smile pulling at his lips."You look adorable," Iruka says before cowardice can claim his tongue, and they both blame the pink-toned flushes on their faces to the weather, "but I'm not gonna kiss you."
"Huh?" Kakashi seems genuinely confused, or well, as confused as he can seem.
(Iruka wants to believe he has gotten better at reading the quarter of his exposed face.)
Wait, does he really not know…?
"Mistletoe," Iruka explains, pulling Kakashi inside after a new wave of cold air sneaks under his sweater and sends a shiver down his spine, "if two people stand under it, they have to kiss."
It's Iruka's first Christmas alone after forgetting what being alone means.
But it turns out, he's not as alone as he thinks.
