It was an unusual and mostly unheard of quirk before that Y/N had, only popping up in her family in the last five or so generations. In the wrong hands, it could be used for so much evil but Y/N wanted to help people, even if it meant playing God. It was difficult to maintain relationships, so why bother? But Kaminari Denki was making it so much harder for her to decide between what she wanted to do and what she was expected to do.
