After Civil War, things weren't okay; Rhodey paralyzed, the Avengers split, and he was all alone. It was time to right the wrongs and Tony knew he had to do it. He'd run the numbers and did all the tests, there was only one way to fix all of his mistakes; to keep the Avengers together and to stop the Civil War altogether.
