I crossed my arms. “It just seemed like it pissed you off earlier and I may not like you all that much, but I do know we at least have to tolerate each other on some level, so-”
He interrupted me. “This is a waste of time.” He picked his book up and looked like he was going to start reading again.
“Excuse me?” I asked, temper already flaring within me. I didn't know where it was coming from, but he just had a way of getting under my skin.
He rolled his eyes and shut his book again. He set it down and got to his feet so now we were face to face. “There are a million other things you could be doing. For one, getting yourself up to speed. You're weak right now and no where near my equal and if you think I got the way I am by worrying about feelings or apologies you're wrong.”
