Summary
With Tom Morrow's permission, Gibbs hired Tony DiNozzo away from Baltimore PD. The director was adamant that Gibbs needed a partner. Gibbs was allowed to chose his own and his choice was Detective DiNozzo.
Gibbs gets a call on Christmas Eve and finds out that Tony had been in an accident and would need care for several weeks. Ducky insists Gibbs take Tony home and care for him as a bonding experience. -

Summary
Ever since getting out of the Corps, Jethro Gibbs has been helping his dad run The Lodge. He's content with his peaceful life in the tiny town where the closest neighbor is a mile down the road until he crosses paths with Tony, a stranger who ends up stranded at The Lodge during a snowstorm. Jethro never thought he'd fall in love again but he has. The only problem is Tony's engaged.

Summary
When he is first at NCIS, and is a probie under Special Agent Mike Franks, Gibbs is investigating a case involving young military men who have gone missing. When in NY, Gibbs meets Tony, and immediately falls for him. A few months later, a college-age Tony turns to Gibbs when he's in trouble, and Gibbs takes Tony home with him, just for the weekend. It soon becomes apparent that both Tony and his father are more deeply involved in the case than either of them initially let on, and so Gibbs finds conflict in his relationship with Tony and with the ongoing case. Complete.

Summary
Summary: Takes place after Artful Dodger, Tony is reeling from his fathers visit and Gibbs constant dismissal. Tony considers his place on the team, when Gibbs and Tim are pulled away on case, a cold-case takes Tony places he never imagined and he is not sure he can survive. Will Gibbs and the team get to him on time and will Gibbs finally be able to tell him why he was pushing Tony away or is it to late.
