"Why were they chasing you?" Roy asked, making his way back to the table and placing another glass of water in front of Edward. The boy glared down at his hand, curling it into a fist, trying to stop the shaking.
"They took him away from me. They took my brother away." Ed explained, his voice shaking as he spoke. He watched as both Roy and Riza tensed up. "They locked me up in the basement so I couldn't get in their way, but I managed to get the window open and I escaped. But I need to find him, I need to get him back."
"Could you tell us where you were?"
With a shaky breath, Ed sat up and stared at them, with what he hoped was determination instead of the gut-wrenching fear he felt.
"I was at Sunshade Orphanage."

Summary
Edward let out a sigh and lay back, staring at the night sky. Alphonse wasn’t wrong, up to now both he and Alphonse had mostly dealt with lower-level criminals. Easy to take out, easier to hand over to the police. The only case they had been involved with that they had been out of their death was last month when Winry had been visiting and had unintentionally gotten mixed up with a serial killer. The Elrics had banded together with a detective and had gotten her back unscathed but a little traumatized. This was most certainly another case that was quickly drowning them.
“Mustang, We need to talk.”

The self-proclaimed Fullmetal vigilante finds himself in over his head when he and his brother come across a file that sends them spiraling down a political rabbit hole, with the help of Detective Mustang, Edward and Alphonse Elric work around the clock to prevent a high scale attack which would cause hundreds of victims. But there's something darker happening behind the scenes, something that will challenge and push Edward further than he can go.

The first two things were stated clearly by the doctor that sat about five feet in front of Izuku. The third was a word that Kacchan called him everytime he failed to make the jump on whatever forest excursion they were on or when he ran into a tree because he hadn’t seen it.
“I’m so, so sorry, Izuku.” Was his mom giving up on him already? But he could still be a hero if he tried hard enough, right? Quirkless or not. Blind or not. Just because Izuku was useless now didn’t mean he would stay that way forever, right?
