When an unexplainable force puts a stop to Jesse's attack in the shed, Alex and Michael are forced to go on the run. Leaving Roswell is an easy decision, but navigating the consequences of that choice months and even years later proves to be much more complicated.

“You mean you’re dating?” Maria asks dryly one night when Alex tries to explain it to her. “Literally anyone in the group could have told you that,” she adds when he nods helplessly. “On account of us all having functioning eyes.”
