Jaskier got into trouble a lot, that was normal. But not until he was too late to help Jaskier did Geralt ever realise that Jaskier was perfectly capable of solving his own issues. He has the ability to turn a whole argument on its head, unfailingly coming out the victor with a smile on his face, and the slightly burnt scent of pure magic in the air. Every time Geralt asked how exactly he got himself out of some new impossible situation Jaskier had just smiled and offered a well crafted but purposefully vague answer. Usually relating to a deal of some form, or a favour that Geralt didn’t really know if he wanted to know any more details of.
Or - Jaskier isn’t quite human, Geralt can tell that much. What he can’t figure out is exactly what Jaskier is.
Featuring misunderstandings, very confused and slightly oblivious Geralt, morally grey and at times ominously terrifying Jaskier and some healthy doses of angst.

Nobel's have many rules associated with love and how one behaves while in love. Many of them are ridiculous - Jaskier knows this. Many of them also have their merits - Jaskier also knows this. He also knows that he wants a certain Witcher and the romance of these Courtly Love rules find their way into their little developing relationship
Just another story of these two idiots being oblivious and pining for eachother over the years, until it reaches a breaking point. (featuring Jaskier reassuring Geralt he deserves love because damnnit I love the soft bois)
Edit 05/03/20 - now spell checked - I hope I didn't miss anything.

“When all is over, the only things that will be left are your own memories. Treasured moments. Your name, your impact. It will all disappear.”
Jaskier didn’t consider himself to be particularly nihilistic or morose – really he didn’t. A bard’s job was to immortalise past moments, to use them to bring joy to the present. He lived in the moment, making the most of every single second – tomorrow be damned. Because if you could make something amazing today you can die happy tomorrow.
Jaskier is injured trying to save Geralt on what was supposed to be a simple enough contract and as his life flashes before his eyes he's struck by just how unfair it seems that Geralt is the most important person to him, the one who features in so many of Jaskier's own beloved memories, and yet the Witcher will long outlive and forget him, Or at least that's what Jaskier assumes

It's Sherry's first birthday after Leon took her as his own child after Raccoon City - and somehow organising a birthday party and making the cake is so much more stressful than a city of Zombies. Thankfully Chris is there to help. Domestic fluff and cake icing abound.
Dreams of another dimension where this world's Watcher tortured the Hermits for fun seemed just that, dreams. Unusual and disturbing dreams, yes, but everyone in that world died in the end in a new dimension that Grian had never heard of, himself included. So it couldn't be real. That would be insane.
But when familiar situations that he could swear he had already seen occur in his nightmares begin to happen he's suddenly unsure of how certain he was that the dreams really are just dreams. Because if the dreams are happening, then all of his friends will soon be gone - and so will he. Armed with vague recollections and a faint thought that he's only getting one chance at this, Grian attempts to stop the future he knows about.
“You are too tense.” He can feel her eyes following the line of his clavicle and the space beneath his jaw, his Adam’s apple, his ear. “Relax, Hunter. You must. It won’t be long, I promise.”
If he could relax, he thinks, he most certainly would, but relaxing is impossible. His entirety is wound too tight, like a tourniquet cinched to staunch the bleeding. He has nothing to compare this to; if it were combat, he’d be loose, fluid, aggressive, wild, but combat is an environment in which he has complete and total control, and this is not. He’d like to say he could get up and walk away at a moment’s notice, that he really doesn’t want to partake in any of this, but he’d be lying if he did—and Jamison is a very poor liar.
The Bloodborne AU absolutely no one asked for.

Hank has stopped thinking about his place in the world for a long time. Old, washed-up cops don’t live exciting lives. He just does what he always does: cracks cases, drinks whiskey, and goes home to Sumo.
But then the android sent by CyberLife shows up – disarmingly curious, intentionally uprooting all the familiar aspects of Hank’s life, and he jumps headfirst into an android revolution. Barrels into cases like an unstoppable storm.
Halfway through, Hank realizes he’s no longer at the sidelines of his life.
And that Connor makes it better. All of it.
[Or alternatively: an episodic glimpse into the life of Hank Anderson and his partner Connor. Takes place after the revolution, happy ending included.]
