Summary
Seattle, as Slash was beginning to learn, was a pretty goddamn weird city.
Coming from a city like LA, Slash felt out of place, in the fucking most odd way. The guitarist looked to and fro, dark eyes looking across the crowd of people he was in the middle of. Multitudes of dyed hair, freaky looking piercings, and roughed up clothing. All the cigarette and weed smoke was almost choking him.

Daniel leans into the touch, giving Johnny a brave smile. “We’ll be okay, though, right?”
“Yeah,” Johnny answers, giving him what he hopes is a reassuring smile. “Yeah, LaRusso, I think we’ll be okay.”
Johnny would be lying if he said he wasn’t sure how being with Daniel was going to work when they couldn’t be this, in public, in school, around their peers. If he’s also being honest, he didn’t really think this far a head when they decided to be, well, together.

Remi sighs from where he’s stood at the side, pinching the bridge of his nose. “If I had to guess, it’s pre-presentation,” he says, “You know, the stage when a person’s scent glands undergo changes before they start giving off any particular scent?”
“It’s a little late for Lio to be presenting only now though, isn’t it?” Lucia asks.
“I’ve already presented, though,” Lio blurts out before he can think better of it. “I’m an omega.”
