Summary
Penelope Featherington had been an honorary Bridgerton family member ever since she came home with her best friend Eloise at age 12. On this same day, she met Colin Bridgerton for the first time and was instantly smitten with charming smile. Accepting he'll never return her deeper feelings, Penelope is content with just being friends as it's better than not having him in her life at all.
Meanwhile, Colin is blind to Penelope's feelings and even more blind to his own. It all changes one night, when he drives her home, and he begins to realise there's more to Penelope than meets the eye.
