Erica’s smile was almost painful as the hurriedly opened the front door, it was about time Custard showed up! He was already late! The words to voice as much were on her tongue as she met the nervous blue eyes of her best friend but they quickly died as she noticed he wasn’t alone. Her eyes landed first on the deep maroon glove on his shoulder, trailed up the charcoal grey winter jumper sleeve, took in the wild and bright red curls, and finally met enchanting amber eyes. A continuation of the film picking up from the HUGE cliffhanger studio Ghibli left us on because I think we all need it!

“Ahh.” Watery green eyes focus in on Shouta’s belly, “Y-You don’t… You don’t have to leave. S-Stay… S-Stay with m-me, please…” Shouta’s eyes widen, “W-We can still… Even if it’s not mine… I-I’ll—We’ll—b-be happy together.”
