On the ark there is a hierarchy, alphas are the highest, treated like kings and queens and omegas are left to gather up the scraps. Chancellor act 24 was approved and omegas are being treated more like dogs being forced into collars. Raven and Clarke risk their lives and launch themselves from the ark. Landing on earth with hopefully a new life ahead of them. Though a stowaway, hot grounders, and a threat of 100 more landing, they may be in for more of a ride then they thought.

So when Emi asked Kayama out, it was mostly an accident. Kayama had Emi pinned to the mat during their weekly spar and she was running out of oxygen -- for multiple reasons -- so the events of the afternoon are a little hazy. But according to Kayama, Emi had compared her to the soft glow of moonlight on the surface of the ocean and asked for her hand in marriage, or at least to hold her own hand for a while.
Which is how they end up in a coffee shop in their civilian clothes during their lunch break, completely silent, glancing away from each other every time their eyes meet.
Emi clears her throat. “Nice weather we’re having.”

Summary
A canon-divergent AU, where the weapons of Team RWBY have spirits and have bodies to protect their wielders. However, they all hold their own mysterious secrets.
Original Grimm: Soul Grimm (aka Demonic and Demigod Grimm), Grimm Sapiens (responsible for Summer's death), and Giga Grimm (not yet featured).
AU versions of characters: Summer Rose (resurrected/saved by Raven Branwen by transforming her into a Weapon Spirit and is part Demonic Grimm), Willow Arktis Schnee (resurrected into a Weapon Spirit and is part Demigod Grimm), Pyrrha Nikos (resurrected/saved by becoming Jaune's Weapon Spirit), Raven Branwen (Summer's love interest and actually a good mother and sister), Winter Schnee (reasons not yet shown), Salem (crazed and sadistic as all fuck), a separate human-self Salem (essentially a separate personality or soul), and the Gods. More to be shown soon.
