Summary
Digitally-Equipped Kinesics Unit (or DEKU, for short) was the new communication device that took the world by storm. It could be folded several times, charged with body heat, and most importantly—in times of emergencies, DEKU users could use its messenger to connect with nearby users even if the signal was weak.
Midoriya Izuku, the nerd that he was, ate instant cup noodles for three months just so he could save money to buy a DEKU. His schedule for the next week was booked, and half the time would be spent bonding with his new phone.
Izuku’s plans were ruined when DEKU started beeping like crazy. Thinking it might be someone who needed help, he answered the call.
Izuku got A LOT more than he bargained for: An angry guy who woke up all tied up in a ‘disgusting, godawful’ room, had no memories of himself, and someone was out there to kill him.
It was now up to the nerdy, instant cup noodles-obsessed college student to help the angry guy survive. Oof.

It was foolish. Beyond stupid, really. Katsuki would never want him like that. If he wasn’t even into Kirishima, he’d never be into plain, nerdy, boring little Deku.
But Izuku had always been one to hold on to his foolish hopes. It had worked out for him thus far, after all.
So, Izuku took a deep breath and called on every ounce of courage he had in his entire being, and then he leapt.
“Kacchan, if you… ever wanted to, um… just… you know. Relieve some stress, I’d… I’d help you. With that.”
He could feel Katsuki’s eyes fly to him, but Izuku kept his own fixed on his lap. If he looked at Katsuki now, he’d surely lose his nerve.
“What.”

Or where a post-graduation party takes Izuku & Katsuki to places they never expected their relationship to go, but it couldn’t feel more right.

Reading about Kacchan pining over Deku’s oblivious ass for over six years was soul-crushing. But no matter how sad, frustrated, and gutted I was while reading this fic, I couldn’t take my eyes away off a single word.

Oh. My. God.
What a freaking rollercoaster ride! I loved every single thing about this fic—I laughed, cried, and died due to all the feels. I read this masterpiece in one night, and it was well worth the bags under my eyes the next day.

Summary
They sit there, in the darkness of the common room, about a few centimeters between them, but miles apart. Somehow, the quiet is companionable. More than it has been in many years. Katsuki knows he’s responsible for the rift between them, and he knows even more that it can’t only be Deku who attempts to mend it.
“Hey,” he says, after a while, and Deku turns to him in question, but Katsuki refuses to look his way. “Touch me again.”
(or: the kidnapping incident leaves bakugou traumatised about being touched on the back of his neck, and midoriya decides to take matters into his own hands)
