Summary
When Stiles (finally) got out of Beacon Hills, he hadn’t planned on staying away for long. Palo Alto was a good half-day drive away but he figured if he didn’t come back once a month he’d definitely be making the drive home for the holidays. If not Thanksgiving, then definitely the 4 weeks between fall and spring semesters. And maybe he’d get some hot spring break plans and miss that visit, but he figured at least he’d be back in May, and spend the summer howling at the moon with his best friend.
He didn’t plan to be gone for four years.
