Summary
Merlin was perfectly content being one of the few popular queer authors in his country. After his book series 'Once and Future,' a MLM retelling of the Arthurian legends takes the world by storm he is tossed into stardom. What's worse the books are being adapted into a movie with the leading man being none other than his biggest celebrity crush Arthur Percington.
Arthur has always acted in roles that spoke to his soul but after 14 years of being in the spotlight, he is losing his passion for this craft he so loves. When his sister gifts him a copy of this queer Shakespeare retelling she read on a plane Arthur becomes obsessed with its author Merlin Balinor. When he hears of a casting call for Balinor's new fantasy series he jumps at the chance for a project that will make him feel alive again. The fact that the author is an adorable clumsy sweetheart is just an added bonus.
From dinners at gimmicky Italian restaurants, trespassing, and a feisty cow who can't help from butting in at the worst times join these two fools fall head over heels for each other in Star of My Show.

Summary

When Morgana goes missing the day before Prince Arthur arrives, Gwen approaches Merlin with an idea: Merlin can pretend to be Morgana until the Lady is found. The idea is ludicrous - not least of all because Merlin is a man - but with a little bit of magic it might actually work.
The plan starts out well, with Morgana’s guard out searching for her while Merlin distracts the prince…except that Merlin finds himself falling in love with Arthur, who is visiting with the intention of making Morgana his queen. A gender bending fairy tale fic.
