Summary
"So, you're going to ruin your niece's baby shower with flowers in the wrong color?" the florist, Stiles, asks when they reach the counter. He pulls out a binder and starts flipping through it.
"Not ruin. Mildly inconvenience," Peter says.
"Right, messing with a hormonal pregnant woman seems like a great plan."
"To be fair, her fiance and the father of her baby is my ex-boyfriend," Peter says. "And we weren't broken up when they started 'dating'."
Stiles looks up at him in surprise. "And you're still getting her flowers?" he asks.
"It's under duress, I assure you," Peter says. He absolutely wouldn't be here if his alpha hadn't ordered it.
"Well, shit, yeah, let's get you some purple revenge flowers," Stiles says.

Summary
“I smell chocolate,” Scott insisted.
“I had a chocolate bar earlier today.” Not a lie. Stiles had planned this. He knew he couldn’t lie, not to Werewolves, but because he was so used to having to find loopholes, he’d perfected this technique. Still, he didn’t want to start sweating and give himself away so he needed them to just go already!
“There’s flour on your shirt,” Erica said.
“Yeah, I was cleaning up flour earlier.” Not a lie.
“Why did you have flour out?” Scott asked, crossing his arms.
“I was transferring flour from the bag into our flour container.” Not a lie.

Summary
“Is there a particular reason you’re not at school right now?”
The kid blinked at him, both hands still wrapped around the cup he’d almost sent flying. He turned to look around himself, as if trying to identify who Derek was speaking to, before realizing that he was, in fact, speaking to him.
“Are you talking to me?” he asked, as if needing it confirmed.
“I sure am.” Derek crossed his arms, going for disappointed as opposed to authoritative. Some of the little shits got all rebellious when he started acting authoritative and he didn’t want to have fists flying. It was always really awkward slapping handcuffs on minors for assault and calling their parents.
The kid gave him an unimpressed look, then rolled his eyes. “Haha, hilarious.”
