Summary
Ever since they were pups, Vilkas was told to take care of his brother. The arrival of a newcomer to the Companions makes that impossible for Vilkas, and when everything around him starts to fall apart the newblood is a convenient place to put the blame.
For most of their lives, Farkas has followed his brother's lead, taking the easy way out, hiding parts of his life to keep his brother content. A chance encounter on the plains forces him to realize that keeping his twin in the dark has done neither of them any favors.
