Simon ruminates on the state of things after the android revolution, and becomes increasingly infatuated with the leader of said revolution, Markus. Time passes, during which Simon convinces himself he doesn’t need a companion, and furthermore, North would be much better suited to someone like Markus.
But then, on Valentine’s Day, someone leaves him an unexpected gift: a card with a cryptic message. A hand painted, hand written card. Simon has no other choice than to take a leap of faith.
